Quivira Vineyards & Winery is hosting a seasonal farm-to-table wine-estate dinner that lets visitors experience estate-produced wines paired with food sourced almost exclusively from the same farm. The result is a truly unique expression of terroir (loosely translated as “a sense of place”.Wines will be paired with each course, and will include Quivira’s 2008 Mourvedre-Viognier Rose, 2008 Sauvignon Blanc Barrel Complete, 2007 Grenache-Zinfandel, 2007 Grenache-Petite Sirah and Petite Sirah Port.
