!pJudy Player is a PATCA member and a commercial lawyer with more 20 years of experience as in-house counsel and more than four years in private practice. Her areas of expertise include advising small companies on formation issues, negotiating all types of contracts and otherwise providing a broad range of legal support to facilitate large and small business in hi-tech, low-tech and no-tech industries. In her representation of individual and corporate clients, she has helped individuals grow into companies, helped companies get started and grow, and drafted and successfully closed many flavors of agreements around the world in numerous fields and industries. Player graduated from the University of Connecticut, School of Law, and received her M.B.A. from San Jose State University.

!pPATCA member Lisa Chapman, J.D. specializes in labor and employment law. The author of Entrepreneur's Guide to Employment Law in the Workplace: Strategies for Legal Compliance , Chapman's practice is twofold: she litigates employment and trade secret matters and counsels companies and entrepreneurs about employment matters, including employment policies, hiring and termination issues, appropriate notice, leave of absence conflicts, non-competition provisions in employment contracts and severance packages. She also advises on sexual harassment (including the employer's duty to provide a safe work environment), compliance and trade secret issues. Chapman graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
