Halloween: Kids Cooking Hands-On
Although when we think of Halloween it is usually about the sugar and sweets, but let's get a bit grosser and make Rats in Blood (Turkey Meatballs that look like Rats in Tomato Sauce) Goblin Smiles (Pea Pods, Red Bell Peppers & Slivered Almonds) and, well OK Caramel Apples rolled in sweet goodness. Using the freshest ingredients, the kids will prepare the food from scratch as they learn kitchen and food safety, professional kitchen behavior, measuring and prep skills, and table etiquette.
