Get started playing Western swing and jazz standards! In this gentle introduction to jazz chords with veteran swing guitarist Sylvia Herold of The Rhythm Bugs! In this workshop you will learn a few of the most useful movable chord shapes and apply them to jam-friendly jazz songs that are a blast to sing and play. We’ll drill the bass notes up the neck, practice right-hand techniques to make it swing and sing and play a selection of fantastic Texas swing and easy jazz classics.
