Science Lecture

Technologies have advanced and costs have decreased to such an extent that scientists can now synthesize DNA and use computer-aided design software to 3-D print cells and biological tissues. This means we can create biological systems from scratch such as man-made bacteria, cells and living tissues that can be used as models for testing disease therapies. This lecture is presented by Ryan McGuiness, a Silicon Valley-based scientist with more than 20 years of experience in biotechnology.
