Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8 week program designed to reduce and manage stress symptoms and promote healthy living. MBSR is a leading evidence-based stress reduction program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Participants learn life-long tools to help maximize life, even in the midst of stress, pain and illness.
