Ballet San Jose's Program One is the company premiere of "Don Quixote." Based on an episode from Miguel de Cervantes' famous novel, "Don Quixote de la Mancha," the story follows its title hero, a middle-aged country gentleman absorbed with tales of chivalry, who sets out to defend virtue and punish those who violate the code of honor.
