Rosalinda believes that etiquette begins with attitude.  It’s the way we present ourselves to the world.  Etiquette isn’t acting stuffy or pompous; it’s about making others feel comfortable around you, being considerate and aware of others.  Civility and a smile create lasting impressions and better relationships. Rosalinda has taught classes and presented engaging workshops to a variety of audiences and clients, including business professionals, customer service staff, civic groups, teens and children, and formerly incarcerated men and women.  She has helped businesses and individuals improve relationships since 1998.   She offers custom-tailored on-site workshops, as well as private consultations.
