If you've got 30 minutes, you've got time to work your legs and arms! Just Arms & Legs tones and shapes you up real fast because we use weights... a set of 3 or 5-pound dumbbells (depending on your age and fitness level.) We'll be doing plenty of squats and lunges, biceps curls, tricep work and even some shoulders. Your gluteals will also get a great workout, too! AM & PM classes available. Course fee is $35 per person for each 8-class term. Advance registration required. Call 951-694-6873.
