The Uses of Native Plants: Roy's Redwoods

Saturday, Dec 8, 2012 10:00a to 12:00p

Join us for a family walk where we will talk about our native plants and their traditional uses. This is a great hike to learn the basics for surviving a night lost in the woods. This will be an easy 1 mile hike but will include climbing over fallen trees. Dress in layers, wear sturdy shoes, and bring water and snacks. Friendly dogs are welcome, but must be leashed. Rain will cancel the event.
