Frequently Asked QUESTIONS
Please read below to find the answer(s) to your question(s).
CPR is sold out, how do I sign up?
CPR classes are released to Eventbrite periodically. Normally at the beginning of the month, we release all the classes for the following month (We release August classes in July). We try our best to maintain that schedule, but sometimes life just happens and we appreciate your patience. Please note that the capacity is limited to 10 attendees and there is a high demand for a free CPR/Aed certification. For best results, we highly recommend you to check the Eventbrite page on the first Sunday of the month. How do I sign up for the waitlist?/Can you add me to the waitlist?
If there is no option to add yourself to the waitlist that means the list is already full. We will not add more. If someone cancels, the first person on the waitlist will be alerted and have only 1 day to confirm their attendance.
I need my certification Asap. What can should I do? We recommend checking upcoming CPR event pages to add yourself to the waitlist or check with our Bryant Street location for available dates. If your situation is time sensitive, there are also many other SF organizations providing CPR certification that may suit your schedule.
Can I drop in?/An employee said I could drop in?
Please do not drop in unless you are given explicit permission through our CPR coordinator. We would like our waitlisted folks to have the next best opportunity. If you drop in without permission, you may be turned away at the door.
I signed up but now I can't make it. How do I cancel? You can cancel your ticket order in the "My Tickets" section of Eventbrite. at sb.cpr.pre@sportsbasement.com .

I'm a nurse, can I take this class to renew my certification?
