Le P'tit Laurent in San Francisco to Host Beaujolais Nouveau Celebration
Le P'tit Laurent celebrates Beaujolais Nouveau, the “first wine” of the harvest season, on Nov. 21 with a $37 3-course prix fixe dinner menu and live jazz. The restaurant's regular a la carte menu will also be available.
The special menu includes a fresh apple and Serrano ham salad with parmesan cheese and a Beaujolais reduction dressing; Beef Bourguignon in a Beaujolais Nouveau sauce; and a Napoleon layered with fresh pear poached in Beaujolais Nouveau and served with vanilla ice cream.
