Topics include ingredient and payroll cost analysis, sales and use taxes, catering sales, customer and vendor set up, etc. Exercises include daily register and POS system sales, setting up budgets, etc. This is a hands-on workshop. P articipants should have completed Basic Bookkeeping Part I or be familiar with the concepts covered in this workshop. $65 registration fee. Presented by the San Francisco SBDC.
