Chris Isaak
Chris Isaak Remove performer from this event
In another era, Chris Isaak's steely good looks and affable, unaffected screen presence would have made him an overnight leading man. Whether by choice or fate, however, Isaak seems to be content with his status as a part-time character actor and full-time rockabilly-influenced crooner....
Bonnie Raitt

Gogol Bordello
Gogol Bordello Remove performer from this event
Combining elements of punk, Gypsy music, and Brecht-ian cabaret, Gogol Bordello tell the story of New York's immigrant diaspora through debauchery, humor, and surreal costumes. The Devil Makes Three Remove performer from this event
As a drummerless acoustic trio consisting of two guitarists and a string bassist, the Devil Makes Three are not your normal alt-country band. With a rotating lineup made up of San Francisco regulars, including multi-instrumentalist Kelley Stoltz, Tahlia Harbour (the Dry Spells), John Dwyer (Thee Oh Sees), Tim Cohen, and Shayde Sartin (Skygreen Leopards), the Sunsets gave Smith a perfectly sloppy, immaculately informed backdrop for his wry love songs and touching moments of all-too-real weirdness....

Mar 17, 2010 - Bingo Book on MC Hammer
Bring back the flat top!

I used to be the sickest dancer! I would bust my moves all over the place in my hammer pants. MC Hammer inspired me to take up dance, but then inspired me to quit and take up business. Fortunately, I didn't go bankrupt though. Once again, the student surpasses the master.
