This class will give you the basics of hand and feet massage: acupressure points, Swedish massage, Thai massage stretches and deep tissue sculpting. This is a hands-on class. You can sign up with or without a partner.
Sya began in 2001, studying Thai massage and herbal medicine in Thailand. Asian techniques have impacted her work greatly, combined with Swedish and deep tissue.
