Loosely based on Leslye Headland’s experience as Weinstein’s assistant, this comedy chronicles the lives of six assistants who endue an endless series of humiliations at the hands of a hellacious boss. Anyone who’s had a boss from hell will relate!
First run off-Broadway in 2008, Assistance has played to sell-out crowds and is currently being developed into a pilot by Will Ferrell and Adam McKay for NBC.
