The Three Faces of Steve explores the ever changing body of work by ceramic sculptor, potter and painter, Steven Allen. Mercurial artistic pursuits are driven by a desire to avoid boredom and by his state of flux between grad school, educator and gallery owner. A versatility in working with a variety of media and an eagerness to develop new techniques, further broadens the outcomes of his creative expression. The show explores Allen's three primary expressions in sculpture, pottery and painting.
