The cabaret scene in Berlin’s Weimar Republic was home to Europe’s most experimental artists, writers and musicians with Jewish entertainers playing a leading role. Rousso-Lenoir’s mesmerizing assemblage of archival film brings to life the sights and sounds of the era, offering a front-row seat to the best show in town.
