Stop the Keystone XL Rally

350 Bay Area.org is a grassroots organization of Bay Area residents who are building a movement to limit CO2 emissions. On Sunday, February 17th, thousands will converge on Washington, D.C. while Bay Area Residents will rally at the State Department Building in San Francisco from 1 to 3 PM, including brass bands, street theater and speakers- demanding a halt to the Keystone XL Pipeline development.
