Hand Jacquard Weaving - One Thread at a Time
Textile Arts Council presents Sheila O'Hara, an acclaimed weaver specializing in jacquard-woven, one-of-a-kind tapestries. She has exhibited internationally and is represented in numerous private and institutional collections, including that of the Fine Arts Museums. Handweaving has become the lucky beneficiary of the computer age as the dream of individual thread control becomes more accessible.
