FREE Core & More Classes: Living with Cancer Series at the UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Medicine

Friday, Feb 22, 2013 10:00a to 11:30a

Exercise training can improve physical functioning in cancer patients. Exercise can reduce feelings of fatigue, depression, and nausea; improve mental well-being and quality of life; and enhance ability to perform daily tasks.

The following classes are offered free of charge to anyone living with cancer (not limited to UCSF patients), as well as their caregivers. They are co-sponsored by the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine and the UCSF Ida & Joseph Friend Cancer Resource Center.
