In 2009, ICA became a member of the nationwide Cristo Rey Network. In addition to receiving a college preparatory education, all 263 young women from  families who live in urban communities with limited educational options  participate in a corporate work study program. Students not only contribute to the cost of their education, they also gain real world experience, grow in self-confidence and realize the relevance of their education.
The rich 130 year history of ICA combined with the Cristo Rey Network is a remarkable blend of tradition and innovation.
