Trans and person of color headed prison abolitionist organization, TGIJP (transgender, gender-variant, intersex, justice project) and CIIS student, Emmi Bevensee, will be holding a panel discussion on the intersection of colonialism, capitalism, and globalization with sex, gender, race, and sexuality. To focus on these topics they will be taking a critical lens towards the conditions of Transwomen in the Prison-Industrial Complex.
