A special exhibition featuring visiting Tibetan Buddhist Monks from India. The Exploratorium is excited to present this exclusive exhibition, created by Tibetan Buddhist monastics who studied western science while living in exile in India. Their thangka - style paintings explore sensory perception (sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch) from both Buddhist and western science perspectives. Visitors will also be able to watch and interact with the visiting monastics,, daily from 10 am to 1 pm.
