"Lin Yilin: Golden Journey" is a solo exhibition documenting new site-specific performances by Lin Yilin, a leader of the Chinese avant-garde art world known for his provocative urban interventions. These new works--performed at landmarks such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Lombard Street, and Chinatown--were created with SFAI students during a San Francisco residency at the Kadist Art Foundation. "Golden Journey" is also featured in the inaugural SF Asian Contemporary Art Week (May 12-19).
