Two New Films About Architecture

Sunday, Apr 29, 2012 2:00p

This series showcases two excellent examples of the growing body of work documenting architecture and architects. The elegant "What Does Your Building Weigh, Mr. Foster?" (Sun, Apr 22, 2 & 4pm) follows Norman Foster’s unending quest to improve the quality of life through design. "The Pruitt-Igoe Myth" (Sun, Apr 29, 2 & 4pm) tells the devastating story of the transformation of the American city in the decades after World War II through the lens of the infamous Pruitt-Igoe housing development.
