Festival of Sail 2013, will celebrate the return of the tall ships to San Diego Bay August 30- September 2, 2013. More than a dozen U.S. and foreign ships will arrive together in a spectacular parade into San Diego Bay. After the grand parade, the tall ships will dock along the Embarcadero aside our very own Star of India to participate in a waterfront festival.
225,000 attendees expected.
