Wine Dinner featuring Tijuana’s Miguel Ángel Guerrero & Chef Martin Gonzalez
Tijuana’s most acclaimed chef, Miguel Ángel Guerrero, joins Chef Martin Gonzalez for wine paired dinner at Toast Enoteca on December 14th at 7 p.m.
In this 4-course dinner the only similarity is the wine! Each chef will prepare a dish true to their culinary style to accompany the four Argentinean wines served that evening.
As diners try each chef’s food pairing, served side-by-side, they will taste how each cuisine, Baja Med vs. Italian, brings out a different aspect of the same wine.
