Acclaimed pianist Tamir Hendelman brings his jazz trio to USD for an evening of scintillating originals and jazz standards. Over the course of his distinguished musical career, Hendelman has worked with notable performers such as Gladys Knight, Diana Krall and John Pizzarelli. In his trio, Hendelman explores standards, Brazilian music, blues and his Israeli roots. The concert is underwritten by Eric von Ehrenberg, a 1964 USD graduate, and his wife, Aveline and the College of Arts and Sciences.
