Kaigan is the place to go in San Carlos of sushi rolls. They have all sorts of rolls. I can't even remember all of the names, but people at Kaigan have come up with different options, varieties, combinations to make very interesting rolls.
If you're interested in sushi rolls, then you should probably look elsewhere.
