Intro to Hockey Skating - Session 2

This class is designed to teach basic ice hockey skating skills. Each of the six lessons will provide 30 minutes of instruction from 4:00-4:30pm. Basic forward skating is required to attend class. Students will learn to move, turn and stop in a controlled manner. Balance and use of blade edges, critical to a hockey player will be emphasized. This is not a hockey league, but rather a class in learning how to skate. Helmets with face masks and sticks are required. Class fee includes skate rental. All… Show more students get 6 free practice sessions at one of our public skate sessions (must be used prior to last class date). Dress warmly and wear thick socks. Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to lessons to check in and get skates on.
