Chef Mike Behrend of Green Vegetarian Cuisine returns to Culinary Institute of America's Demo Kitchen, Wednesday, November 12, 6:00 p.m. to demonstrate the preparation and cooking of vegan Pan-Asian cuisine.
Menu includes:
Tofu Bahn Mi Collard Miso Ramen Mongolian Beef Green Papaya Salad Egg Rolls
Printed ingredient list and recipes will be provided, and attendees will delight in a 3-course meal. Tickets are $25 each. Space is limited.
