Eating Well: Cancer Prevention Through Traditional Spices and Foods
Cancer rates are lower in developing countries are lower than westernized economies. Dr. Michael Wargovich believes we've lost the protective ingredients of traditional foods and medicines like turmeric, chile and neem.
