Alice in Chains
Alice in Chains Remove performer from this event
In many ways, Alice in Chains was the definitive heavy metal band of the early '90s. Drawing equally from the heavy riffing of post-Van Halen metal and the gloomy strains of post-punk, the band developed a bleak, nihilistic sound that balanced grinding hard rock with subtly textured acoustic numbers....
Guns N' Roses

At a time when pop was dominated by dance music and pop-metal, Guns N' Roses brought raw, ugly rock & roll crashing back into the charts. They were not nice boys; nice boys don't play rock & roll....

Bush
Bush Remove performer from this event
Led by guitarist/vocalist Gavin Rossdale, Bush became the first post-Nirvana British band to hit it big in America. Of course, they became a hit by playing by the grunge rules -- they had loud guitars, guttural vocals, stop-start rhythms, and extreme dynamics....

Hollywood Undead
Hollywood Undead Remove performer from this event
Their faces hidden by masks--and real names clouded by slang-style monikers--Hollywood Undead formed in 2005 when members Deuce and J-Dog came together around the concept of portraying suburban teens through the angst and menace of hard rock and hip-hop....

Steel Panther
Steel Panther Remove performer from this event
The title of Steel Panther's third full-length album, All You Can Eat, came from a dream. However, it wasn't a dream Martin Luther King had or even any of the band members—Michael Starr [lead singer], Satchel [guitarist], Lexxi Foxx [bass], and Stix Zadinia [drums]—for that matter....

Feb 29, 2008 - Zombie Chow on Guns N' Roses
Guns 'n DURRRRRRRRRRR....

The only good thing to come out of GnR was the smell of Mike Patton's feces cooking in their microwave.

GnR makes me flaccid. It angers me that there was a time in history where that rabid chihuahua of a human being, Axle Rose, was considered a "singer". If you ask me, I think an "axle rose" is a euphamism for an animal that got stuck on a car after getting run over. Which coincidentally is exactly what his voice sounds like....

God I wish he and his lame band overdosed while they were still an opening act.
