Sam's Burger Joint & Music Hall is offering up a mini Celtic festival in celebration of St. Patrick's Day. This will be a one-day event on Saturday, March 16th, with a soft opening at 12 noon and full-blown activities kicked off at 1PM with the San Antonio Pipes & Drums.
