Tai Chi Easy-Qigong
Our class is composed of simple Tai Chi movements along with Qigong exercises. Qigong can be done by anyone and there is no need for special clothing or mats. By focusing on the breath, the movements and the mind, Qigong can provide real and measurable health results.
