Cuccini, a popular restaurant and lounge in Iran, serves the exotic and unique cuisine of the Middle East. A fond memory for Reza Shafazand who's ambition is to bring the same sprite and flavor of his Persian heritage to the bay area by opening a Cuccini of his own.

One Ray moved to the bay area, he began working in the hospitality industry where he eventually became regional manager for eighteen hotels, fifteen of which had a restaurant and nightclub. Realizing over the years the lack of exposure Americans had to Mediterranean cuisine, Ray decided to venture on his own and unveil the exquisiteness his home country has to offer.

Cuccini Restaurant celebrates the rich culture of the Middle East. The Menu offers a tantalizing array of fresh lamb, beef, chicken, seafood and vegetarian dishes echoing the culinary traditions of various Middle Eastern countries. Cuccini's full service bar offers an international selection of the wine and beer, along with specialty cocktails to compliment your meal. The Ambiance is inviting and warm enhancing your dining experience with the traditional colors and sounds of the Middle East.

Whether you are seeking an intimate dinner for two, or hosting a special event, Cuccini is an ideal place. The warm and inviting Dining Room is the perfect place to enjoy an authentic meal while being entertained by belly dancers. Cuccini also has a very warm and appealing lounge. The Lounge Room provides an ideal space for special dinners and important business meetings, or cocktail receptions. The room features a full bar and houses a lustrous queen size Moroccan style bed. Our large patio also has its own bar and is equipped with heat lamps. We offer exotic blends of tobacco where Hookah smoking is allowed.
