Cielo at Hotel Valencia

On the hotel’s seventh floor, Cielo offers a relaxing, open-air setting for cocktails with one of San Jose’s most spectacular views. The wine terrace offers an incredible panorama of the Santa Cruz Mountains. In the summer months, Cielo is the setting for Hotel Valencia’s “Wine, Art and Cheese Explorations,” special tastings of wines, cheese and appetizers by Executive Chef Victor Lopez(check online at www.hotelvalencia.com for the schedule). With candle-lit lanterns, a fire pit and comfortable, oversized furniture, it’s the perfect place to watch the sun go down. Weather permitting, open from 5 p.m. to late.
