We are centrally located at the corner of 1st St. and Paseo De San Antonio across the St. from Border's Books and just down the block from Camera 12 Theaters. As far as I know Asqew opened in San Francisco's Marina district a few years ago. This quickly became our favorite restaurant because it was fresh, healthy, inexpensive, and unique. Consider my disappointment when I had to move to the south bay. Fast forward a couple years; I'm in San Jose for a conference and low and behold! Right near the light rail and a new movie theater, just up the way from Caesar Chavez park, Asqew has opened to wet the appetites of those of us not fortunate enough to live or work in San Francisco. The food is outstanding, fast, and heathy (without being salads and tofu!). This location even has the plus of having more space to provide ample indoor and outdoor seating.
