We got our bikes and equipment here and have nothing but great things to say about the staff which was helpful and a pleasure to chat with. Few complaints (they don't have EVERYTHING) but they are large enough that they supply just about everything you could want or need. Camping and other outdoor supplies look great. There are other REI stores in San Jose and around Saratoga, this best serves Los Gatos, Campbell, and Saratoga.

Kayaks, snowboards, and tents, oh my! This place has everything you need for any sport you're considering taking up! The salespeople are knowledgeable about the products and provide great customer service. Easy parking with a convenient location.
