You will be trained how to contact CA residents & let them know about unclaimed money & other types of property that belong to them, but they are not aware of it at all.

You will learn how the state will authorize you to become an heir finder/investigator to be able to search for people who have unclaimed property & who live ANYWHERE in California. You will learn how to search for them from your home computer or public library computer (you need no special programs, books or skills - just basic, simple computer & internet knowledge). Once you find & contact them (the heirs to the property), you will meet, fill out 1 official form together, mail it in with all the proper state-required documents and THAT'S IT!
The state will pay you at the same time the residents get their money/property sent to them.
The state pays you in full; you will be an independent contractor & will pay your own taxes. Work ONLY WHEN YOU WANT TO; this will be your own business.

This class is only $50/2-hours, for 4 weeks: May 6th-31st. Tuesday thru Saturday. Time: 11am-1pm, 2pm-4pm & 5pm-7pm. YOU WILL LEARN IN ONE 2-hour class. No other class is needed.
