The name Helmand comes from one of the most beautiful states in Afghanistan. It is best known by it's river "Helmand River" which flows through the desert region, providing water diverted for irrigation. Helmand Palace is owned and operated independently where you can taste Afghan's most famous and delicious dishes, soups and vegetable dishes as well.
