The Delancey Screening Room in San Francisco is a training program of the Delancey Street Foundation. The residents built this screening room as part of the building of our new home on the Embarcadero. It is a multimedia capable screening room featuring ergonomic seating for 150 guests. The room includes a small stage for presentations, a glass enclosed lobby for receptions with wet bar and is great for training seminars or private screenings for special events. Our screening room is the venue for the Director’s Guild monthly screenings, dailies of films produced in San Francisco, and Academy screenings. Our hourly rate includes projectionist, state of the art Dolby, SRD, THX and DTS audio. Our equipment is capable of projecting 35mm, Beta, Beta SP, VHS, Super VHS, and DVD. The screening room has been rented by private parties as well as film industry professionals including actors Sean Penn, Robin Williams, Dennis Quaid, Charlize Theron, singer Bonnie Raitt, director Ron Howard and The Directors Guild of America.
