The very first Martha's opened in 1987 in the heart of Noe Valley. This location does not offer much indoor sitting, but it has great outdoor seating. Four sidewalk benches always occupied by local coffee drinkers. This store also manages to fit the greatest fresh pastry selection you’ll ever find in a coffee shop, as well as a great great selection of coffee supplies and appliances.
