Nopa is a San Francisco gathering place north of the Panhandle, serving urban rustic food and specializing in organic wood-fired cuisine. Chef Lawrence Jossel uses sustainable, locally farmed ingredients to create a Mediterranean-inflected menu that owes its biggest nod to Greek cuisine.

We accept reservations up to one calendar month in advance over the phone everyday between 2 p.m. and midnight

We have a large community table and bar that serves a full menu and is available on a first come first served basis.

Instant classic

The restaurant and decor might feel a little out of place given that a Popeye's chicken is right across the street. But the food is out of this world. The menu changes constantly so it's hard to make a recommendation. I've been twice and haven't found anything not to my liking. You won't be disappointed.
