Offering a modern, eclectic range of flavors, Cossu takes California Cuisine and reinvents it. The new menu created by Executive Chef, Hicham Senhaji combines classic French techniques, Asian flavors and his native Moroccan touches, with the elegance and beauty of California Cuisine to create this fusion menu. Bathed in rich fabrics of wine and copper, the setting is warm and romantic. The canopy of satin overhead is crowned by an ornate hand carved ceiling center piece making the design itself eclectic.
