Samasource hosts the first GiveWork Charity Gala, a black-tie dinner and live auction. Attendees can bid on items such as a coffee with Nobel Prize laureate George Akerlof, or a date with Miss Afghanistan. The gala will benefit projects that bring dignified computer-based work to women, youth, and refugees living in poverty.
