Essentials of Self Defense for Women. 7 Week Class with A&K

We teach Bay Area women and girls tools to use the power of our bodies, minds, and voices since 1985. All classes include instruction in verbal, physical, and emotional self defense. We promote freedom, health, and safety by confronting oppression, fear, and violence.
