Open Source Embroidery investigates the relationship between craft and code. Material and online artworks explore open methods and collective processes in open source software and textile crafts.

The exhibition brings together over 30 works exploring the relationship between craft and computing, from Ada Lovelace to the current revival in open methods. Contemporary works experiment with HTML color codes, modifying patterns and the culture of hacking and sampling.
