Osetra Watergrill (formerly known as Osetra the Fish House) has undergone extensive renovation to become San Diego's premiere destination for fresh, gourmet seafood, prime-aged meats, and handmade pastas from the culinary traditions of Europe, America, and the Pacific Rim.
